Wear your team’s colours to help kids with cancer continue learning! Footy Colours Day is a national fundraising campaign to support kids living with cancer. Held during the month of September, participants are encouraged to wear their favourite team's colours and host an event at their school, organisation, group or club to raises much-needed funds. Every dollar raised helps kids living with cancer to continue their education during treatment and recovery, ensuring no child falls behind or feels isolated by their illness. Through Fight Cancer Foundation's education support program, which was developed in 2005, specialist teachers provide vital learning sessions to keep kids living with cancer at the same level as their peers. Today, the programs operate in major paediatric hospitals in Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia, with plans to expand to other hospitals to ensure no child or young person living with cancer is educationally disadvantaged by their illness. Support Footy Colours Day and make a difference in the lives of kids living with cancer - host a fundraising event and wear your team's colours with pride!
